Centre Kienan Higgins is returning to Edinburgh on a one-year deal. The 26-year-old previously joined Sean Everitt's side on a short-term basis in January from New Zealand side Hawke's Bay but has spent the intervening months in Major League Rugby with the New England Free Jacks. Higgins will link up with his younger brother, Riley, who signed a three-year deal with the club back in April.
