North Carolina-Michigan State, Duke-Arkansas are Thanksgiving 'desserts' for those first gorging on NFL
Thanksgiving is a day for turkey, mashed potatoes, pumpkin pie and NFL football. And, now, college basketball, with Fox and CBS airing games following their football telecasts -- the first time in at least 15 years there has been college hoops on two networks on the holiday.
