Buy
Breece Hall, Jets — We're approaching Hall with the same logic that makes Justin Fields a buy in the quarterback section. Production won't always be as easy as it was versus the Steelers in Week 1, but it definitely won't be as difficult as it seemed against the Bills in Week 2. If the Hall manager is questioning his value after that poor performance, it's time to send an offer their way.
He's currently handling over 60% of the snaps in a backfield that will be high-yielding more weeks than not. With the Buccaneers' challenging run defense up next, you could even wait one more week to acquire Hall. Just don't hold out too long because his schedule is very accommodating for the rest of the season.
Sell
J.K. Dobbins, Broncos — Dobbins has been excellent over the first two weeks, leading Denver's backfield and finishing as a top-15 fantasy RB each time out. We've seen this movie before, though, and it always ends with Dobbins suffering an injury, which makes me skeptical about how long he'll be able to maintain this level of play before getting hurt. He also has extremely difficult matchups in two of his next three contests against the Chargers and Eagles. It may seem odd to trade away a player who appears to be such a great value so far, but he carries more risk than most based on his history.
