Bournemouth came into this match after three weeks without a game and looked much the fresher side as they took on a jaded Arsenal, whose efforts in knockout football look to have taken a toll. The visitors are managed by the excellent Andoni Iraola and his ranks are packed with quality. Ryan Christie kept the Cherries ticking over in midfield and it was his pass that opened up the Arsenal defence for the opening goal.
