New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs is facing felony and misdemeanor charges stemming from an alleged incident earlier this month, as a Massachusetts judge considers whether key court records should remain sealed ahead of his arraignment. A motion hearing was held Tuesday morning in Dedham District Court, where Diggs’ attorney appeared remotely to request that police reports and related documents be impounded. The court is also considering a defense request to push Diggs’ arraignment from 23 January to March.
