Former Chelsea goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer says Alejandro Garnacho showed "exactly" the attitude his manager would want with his performance off the bench in Tuesday's Carabao Cup quarter-final win at Cardiff. Garnacho was introduced at half-time after a goalless first period, and opened the scoring before eventually making the win safe with the third strike in the 3-1 victory. "I thought Garnacho's performance was very good," Schwarzer told BBC Radio 5 Live's Football Daily podcast.
