A big second quarter pushed Wasatch to a strong 53-44 victory over Cedar Valley on Friday night. Wasatch was led by Mahala Speredon, who led all scorers with 19 points, while Danielle Garner also had herself a stellar night with 12. Wasatch got off to a slow start, scoring just eight points in the opening quarter, and the Wasps trailed 15-8 at the end of the frame.
