Mets Notebook: In a Slump, Delgado Accepts Order to Rest
Carlos Delgado, who had 4 hits in 41 at-bats in the 11 games before Friday, was replaced by Marlon Anderson. Manager Willie Randolph says Delgado will return Saturday.
